Had to endure a four-day stay at this hospital for robotic kidney removal. The surgeon was a professional, and the surgery was performed professionally. The surgeon and his team were fantastic. So were the nurses and support services of Bliss Wing 8 (some more wonderful).

The staff and nurses made it a point that I received the best possible care while I was here, and my stay was comfortable. The only blip in this otherwise enjoyable experience was the blankets…the blankets sucked!

Never again would I even think of coming to this shithole.

I go in with chest pain, vomiting, wanted to get some cardiac tests conducted, but the staff seemed least bothered. They did a minimal number of tests. Those tests did not show anything. More tests are recommended, but the staff just refused to do it. The doctors were nothing but condescending as****es.

The kicker? These idiots discharged me even when I complained that my symptoms did not abate. They did not even give me appropriate meds for any of the symptoms…

F&&k these as****e

I delivered my third child at this hospital. I do not want to write a comprehensive review as it would bore everybody, but I will say that everything about this hospital rocks. The staff, services, as well as the care offered at Hartford Hospital, blew my husband and me away. Every individual was incredibly helpful; the facilities excellent and top-notch. I was pampered so much during my stay that I was very sad when it was time for discharge.

Came to Hartford Hospital for planned surgery. Everything was handled very smoothly. The people were wonderful. No hassles in finding the signage and registration was done in a quick time. The folks even validated parking at the beginning. The staff was attentive to every need of mine. Had a pleasant experience.
