I was unable to get through this hospital for the last two days. Every time I call the number given, I am transferred to a voice mail. I have sent so many messages yet not even once have they called back to fix an appointment. This shows their competence. Why waste my precious time in getting treated here? I would take my business somewhere else.

I visited the ER with my son after he started complaining of severe pain in his stomach. The ER doctor was a gentleman and had excellent bedside manners. He made my son feel comfortable and made appropriate diagnosis and gave the necessary meds. My son was feeling more relaxed and comfortable after the visit to the ER. HCH should be proud that they have such wonderful doctors to work in the ER

I had to rush to this hospital after an accident left me with bloodied hands and face. Everybody whom I interacted with was helpful. Right from the cleaning lady to the security guard, everyone treated me well. The doctors and nurses were quick, and before long, my wounds were being cleaned, and I was being rushed for scanning. Three hours later, I was walking out with the right hand in a soft cast and few bandages on my face. Cannot thank them enough.

This place is nothing but trash. I was not able to visit and sit in the room just because my step-daughter was considered as an adult. She was sick and nearly unconscious, and these bozos did not deem it necessary for a parent to sit with her ill daughter, yet they have no shame in billing me. Ridiculous!!!!

I had a good hospital experience when I visited this hospital. I had visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they provided excellent care. The wonderful doctor and nurses ensured that I was treated quickly and efficiently. The doctor was a nice lady with excellent bedside manners. She did not rush through my care and gave me a patient hearing. I was in and out of the ER within two hours.
