Get your act together, Grove City Medical Center!!!! If you cannot provide a service or evaluate a person, then tell it very clearly. Please do not waste our time. Our time is also as precious as yours!!!

I went to Grove City Medical Center ER for a recurring illness. I had come here previously for the same problem, and these guys would always run some tests and say there is nothing serious and give some meds and send me off. A few days back, the disease flared up, and I had to rush to the ER. The same routine follows, but this time, there was a twist. The doctor came and did not evaluate me. She saw me, and her face showed she was not happy with my visit. She sat down and after a minute went off, saying she would be back in a few minutes. That few minutes stretched to two hours. I was getting impatient and asked the nurse where the doctor was. She answered that the doctor was seeing another patient. To say I was shocked and hurt would be an understatement. I just told the nurse bye and walked out, never to return.

I have decided to switch my care and would seek help from real professionals and not dickheads like these.

Had a quick visit at the ER. These folks are nice and caring. Everyone whom I interacted during the time at the ER was excellent and ready to help. The nurses, doctor, the tech, everyone was friendly. The nurse took me in quickly and back to the room in a matter of a few minutes. The doctor was a friendly guy who listened to my problem, ordered a blood test, and then made the diagnosis. He did not rush me through. Thank you, everyone, for the wonderful care that I got here

I hobbled into the ER with crutches. The guard was a friendly guy and opened the door for me. The nursing assistant got the wheelchair for me. Had my routine evaluation and was soon on my way. I went to the cafeteria and had my heart’s full. Nice food. The quality of care as always was excellent.

Took my brother there after he developed a very high fever. The staff was caring and immediately took him in and then back to the patient room in a few minutes. The doctor was a nice gentleman and had excellent bedside manners. He ordered a few tests which showed an infection in my brother’s liver. Had to be admitted for a few days. Was discharged after the infection was completely cured. Very satisfied with the care that my brother got here
