I would count this hospital as one of the happiest hospitals that I have ever come across!!!! Every staff member, as well as the doctor and even the support services, have a genuine smile and the facility itself has a warm and welcoming vibe. The nurses were compassionate and kind. The entire team was always understanding and ready to walk that extra bit if it would help patient care

Ended up visiting the ER with my stepdaughter. Check-in was super quick. The nurse and front desk were courteous and showed genuine concern for her condition and pain. They ensured that Ann’s information was handled respectfully when it came to her privacy.

What impressed me the most was that throughout the visit, the care which we got was the same, no laxity in any sense. The nurses kept us updated regarding her status, and when would she be seen and whose turn is it next. The nurses treated Ann compassionately and with respect. We were explained everything in a language that we could understand.

The doctor greeted and treated Ann with due care and concern. She ensured that Ann was relaxed and not anxious during her examination. Radiology was also very kind and gave me a specific timeline so that I knew when I could go and get her back.

Both Ann and I felt that the treatment which she got here was fantastic and gave us enough confidence to seek their care in case of any emergency.

I am from Washington and have been staying here for nearly six months for training. This past Sunday, I started having medical issues which necessitated me seeking care at this ER. I was ushered in quickly, and after a reasonable wait period, I was taken back to the room, and a PA evaluated me. During his evaluation, the actual doctor came in, exchanged greetings, and went on her way. I did not think much about it until I received the bill. These bloody buggers charged me more than $2500 which included charges for the doctor…It was ridiculous.

The hospital and the ER were unhygienic, and the staff members did not feel it was essential to help me.

My girlfriend Nikki had to have emergency surgery a few nights back. Everyone who was involved in her care was amazing. Be it the ER nurse or the surgical nurse or recovery nurse; everyone was fabulous. The surgeon was friendly and explained to us everything and encouraged us to ask any questions. The anesthesiologist was also a friendly person and explained the procedure.

The doctors and the nurses ensured that Nikki was at ease both before as well as after surgery. The surgery itself started on time. The recovery went off without any hiccups, and before long, Nikki was walking out of the hospital. Very impressed

The nurses in the surgical ward are pathetic. They are rude and downright condescending. They did not give proper care in the ward and feel it is a nuisance to treat patients. If I start detailing the entire story, it will take two to three pages, so I don't want to. The only nurse who was decent and helpful was the Asian nurse. Thanks to these useless people, I have decided to shift my care to another facility. Shameless b*&^%es…
