Had a quick visit to Good Sam yesterday for removal of a lump on the right thigh. I was treated very well. The staff was very caring, courteous, helpful, and kind. The surgeon was an excellent lady and talked in great detail about the procedure before the surgery. She reassured me right before surgery that it would go well, and it did. The recovery team was also fantastic. Excellent care!!!

Absurdly long ER wait times, indifferent staff, and dirty ER.

My experience at the Good Sam ER. I think these are enough to dissuade anybody from coming here. I know things can be a bit chaotic in the ER, but it does not mean that you simply ignore your patients. If your insurance allows you, please seek care anywhere else. You won’t get adequate care here.

Good Sam is excellent if you have some simple ailments. Anything a little bit complicated, they look entirely at sea. They almost killed me by not recognizing my liver infection that was masquerading as something else. To their credit, they discharged me when they felt they had no clue as to what should be done.

Had to visit another hospital where they were quick in identifying my ailment and treating me for the same. Visit this hospital at your own risk!!!!

The WORST customer service that you can ever get. I called this BS hospital at least five times since morning as I wanted to know if they performed a particular procedure here. The first four times, nobody answered the call; the fifth time, a lady picked up and cut me off when I in the middle of the sentence and then hung up.

This hospital has been my savior so many times. I have always visited this hospital as they know how to take care of people. I agree that there are some black sheep who are damaging the reputation of the hospital, but overall, this hospital is excellent. The rooms are clean. The service is exceptional. The food is good.

All in all, an excellent hospital. Would love to return

Had to make a quick ER visit a few days back. Must say, had an exceptional experience. The staff treated me very well. The PA who evaluated me was a great guy and had the time to listen to me and then make an appropriate diagnosis. Every individual I met during my short trip was exceptional. The ER was clean. The PA explained the steps needed to be taken to help me recover quickly, something which the doctors seldom do nowadays. Thank you, Good Sam, for treating me well

I visited the hospital with a colleague. The hospital was neat; the staff was terrific. The specialist whom my colleague visited was great and explained to him everything in detail. Jim was satisfied with the way he was treated here.

My wife had emergency surgery after she met with an accident. The surgeon, the ER team, the OR team, ICU team, as well as the recovery team, were exceptional and provided outstanding care. Thanks to their excellent care, my wife recovered very quickly and is now back on her feet. You people will always be in our prayers
