I was referred to this hospital by my GP for some tests. I scheduled it and arrived 10 minutes earlier, expecting to spend the rest of the day in the hospital. But surprise, surprise, I went home after five hours…

They started the whole thing on time, scheduled everything in such a way that when one test got over, the next one started …Everything moved like a well-oiled machine.

Very pleased with the efficiency and the professionalism of the team

The visit was excellent and the doctor gave an appropriate diagnosis. However, the whole love affair with the hospital was thrown out of the window when I reached the cafeteria. IT WAS DISGUSTING! There was food on the floor, and the workers were least bothered about it. It was also stinking. I had to control myself from puking. A hospital which cannot serve its patrons' good food ain’t worth visiting or seeking care…

Was a patient at Good Sam Hospital last month after an accident resulted in severe injuries and emergency surgery. While I was being prepped for the surgery, there was some unexpected problem resulting in the surgery being delayed. The entire surgical team were very apologetic and informed me as well as my family. Thankfully, the surgery started an hour later and went off successfully.

Just like the preop, the postop phase was also excellent. The caregivers were very kind and professional. Very impressed by the way the team handled the whole surgery and the recovery. Keep it up, folks

I took my daughter for a scheduled PFT two days back. When we reached the hospital, we were greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful and guided us to the concerned department. Even in the department, everyone was accommodating and ensured that Violet was comfortable and ready for the test. They treated her well. The tech was great and ensured that there were no hiccups during the procedure. An excellent experience.

This hospital lies big time. They lie to take away your money and to charge more. My specialist gave orders for discharging me, but I did not receive papers until the scheduled discharge time. Once the discharge time was over, I could not locate any nurse or any person who could help me with discharge.

They suddenly appeared the next day morning and behaved as if nothing happened and expressed surprise that I was not yet home. It took these idiots 24 hours to prepare the papers and give me. Thanks to their efforts, my insurance was charged for one extra day, something which shouldn’t have been charged in the first place! Very displeased with the whole thing.
