Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!!

If there is a competition for rudeness, the front desk lady manning the ED at Glendora Community Hospital will win it hands down. She is the rudest person alive on the whole planet. She is emotionless. It was very evident that she was feeling miserable here, and she had taken it upon herself to make the life of those visit the ER miserable. Would not dare to step in after seeing the attitude of the front desk lady.

My father visited the ER a few days back with shortness of breath and weakness. He was taken in and back pretty quickly. The doctors conducted thorough checkup, and few tests were recommended by the wonderful on-call doctor (For the love of God, I do not remember her name). She had very pleasant bedside manners and was compassionate. She even cracked a few jokes just to ensure that my father did not feel very anxious and aggravate his condition. The tests revealed that dad had pneumonia. The on-call doctor assured us that he will be in good hands and started making arrangements to get him admitted right away. He was discharged about ten days later. Thank you, doctor, for everything. You would always be in my family’s prayers.

I would like to be honest upfront and say that even though I reside nearby, I had never heard about this hospital till a few days back.

I was referred to Glendora as it was the nearest ER, and my situation did not warrant a long drive. My medical emergency needed ASAP treatment, and my PCP suggested this hospital. The service was quick. I was treated by an excellent staff who not only treated me well but also ensured that my husband was also comfortable during my stay here. Due to their wonderful care, I am now on the mend. Thank you, everyone, for saving me. I greatly appreciate it
