A few days back, I had severe left-sided chest pain and profuse sweating. My wife took me to GMC ER. The ER team was quick and diagnosed me as having a heart attack. I was advised an emergency surgery. The surgery was successful. Three days later, I was back home, recuperating.

If I am alive, it is due to the efforts of Dr. Vo and Dr. Hunyh. They were highly competent and provided exceptional services. This review will be incomplete if I do not thank a few more people. Jasmine, Helen, Michelle, Hong, and Anna – thank you for providing great compassionate care!!!!! Thank you, everyone, for the exceptional care and attention during what was a stressful time for my family and me

Horrible service!!!!! Completely pissed off!!!!

These people do not have any value for the patient’s time. I was having a weird feeling in my stomach, which was alternating with pain. I was shit scared and decided to seek medical care.

I came in at 10:30 pm in severe pain. What do these people do…they make me wait in a deserted lobby for nearly two hours before taking me in. After that, another round of waiting. I might have waited for almost two hours before I decided to ask the nurse why was it taking so long….the nurse is clueless…she was even surprised to see me there. The nurse said she would get back to me…but that never happened.

So finally, after waiting for five hours, I had enough and decided to leave…nobody even noticed me going because there were no patients and there was no staff member either.

I decided to seek care elsewhere and received prompt and exceptional service…won’t come back here….Hasta la vista Garfield Medical Center…You SUCK!!!

This review is for the two wonderful angels whom I interacted during my visit to this place on September 10th. Both Jose G. and Denise G. from the Admitting Department are the best examples of providing exceptional customer service. Their way of interacting with patients, making them feel comfortable is a thing which should be done by all but is hardly done.

They provided fantastic care, and even though the time I spent with them was only a few minutes, it was enough to make my day.

Garfield Medical Center, both Jose G and Denise G deserve a huge raise. Thank you, fellas, for your exceptional customer service! Both of you would always be in my prayers
