Garden Grove Hospital does offer its patients exceptional care. I work in the healthcare industry and know how a hospital works. I have been to various hospitals as part of my profession, and the quality of care that this hospital provides can be compared to those offered by topnotch hospitals. Yes, they are a bit slow, but they do take good care of you because they love their job and that is a rare trait nowadays in employees.

I do not know how health inspectors passed this hospital. There is trash in the ER, and the bathroom is non-functional. I went to the ER for getting a cut stitched. I was stitched in the hallway because there was no space in the ER. Moreover, the janitor was cleaning the ER, and all the trash was lying on the ER floor. I was apprehensive about catching MRSA from these unhygienic conditions. Never again!!!

My wife was admitted to the floor after she was diagnosed with pneumonia. The doctor and the nurses were amiable. They were professional, caring, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They made Janice feel at home. The room was clean and spacious enough. We liked it here

Garden Grove Hospital should be shuttered. Period.

The place is so filthy. One could find a thick layer of mud on the floor. Completely unhygienic. The nurses and the doctor were least bothered about it. The nurses were not quite patient-friendly and had airs about them. No communication between patients and nurses. I had to wait for nearly five hours in an almost deserted ER. The doctor completed my checkup in two minutes flat. Could not believe I wasted my precious time in waiting to get this type of shitty care

I work as a visiting nurse and have been to various hospitals. I was passing through the area when I, unfortunately, had to visit this hospital. I could not believe my eyes when I entered the ER. The place was so dirty. This ER can only handle simple things. They are not equipped to handle any complicated cases. The doctor was quite snotty, and when I told her that I was not quite sure about her diagnosis, her reaction was “my way or the highway.” I did not complete the evaluation and left. Could not believe the state is allowing this type of garbage to function.

My husband was taken to this hospital after he developed sudden chest pain. The front desk staff was a nice gentleman and helped me through the forms and then guided me to the ER. The triage nurse was also excellent and ensured that my husband got in very quickly. The medical staff was excellent and took real good care of my husband. Thankfully, it was nothing serious, and Benny was back on track in two days

A quick visit to the ER last week. The staff was friendly and took great care of me. Had an overnight stay for observation and was discharged the next day morning. The doctors and nurses were great and explained to me my illness and what should be done to prevent its recurrence. Outstanding experience.

The ER doctor and nurses rock!!! My wife went to the ER around 2 in the morning, and even at that time, she received exceptional care. The service was quick yet comprehensive. Attentive staff…My wife was out of the ER by 4.

Thanks, Garden Grove Hospital for providing exceptional care to my wife
