It seems things are not just improving at all at this hospital. The facility is highly understaffed and is not able to bear the additional load of patients, especially after the Chicago Heights campus was closed. The hospital administration’s calculations have gone haywire, it seems. There is only a single secretary who has to handle the entire ER. While I was a patient at Chicago Heights, I could see the staff members helping each other, but this camaraderie is sorely missing at this place.

Moreover, the nurses at Olympia Field campus are least bothered about their patients. They have no empathy or respect for their patients. Have been treated badly twice and I am not sure if I would return anytime soon or recommend anyone to this place

I have all my doctors and specialists here. For the past year-and-a-half, I have been coming to the ER for some or the other ailment, and each time I have been treated with care and respect. The staff is very understanding and compassionate. I faced a problem only once, but it was a minor issue and got sorted out very quickly. ER visits are also very quick. I would love to come back here in case of any medical needs

We did not have the hospital experience that we thought we would have. It was horrible. I had visited the hospital with my brother, who is developmentally challenged. The staff was very rude to him and even misbehaved with him. They made us wait in the ER while allowing others to go ahead of us. One nurse even told us why we are wasting their time by bringing my brother to the hospital. Won’t go into more details. Simply put, the staff does not know how to treat patients. Go somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience while visiting the facility. It is a very good hospital. I had an overnight stay here, and I did not face any issues. The room was comfortable. There was cleanliness, and the bathrooms were functional. The staff was also amiable, caring, and very compassionate. No hesitation in recommending this wonderful hospital

The facility is very clean and spacious. The wait times in the ER is typical, but the polite and professional staff makes sure that things are under control. Loved the overall “ER” experience.
