If you have the option of using another hospital, then use it…if you do not have an option, then say a prayer before you step your foot in because you would need it. The nurses and doctors are the worst that you could get….They are incompetent and only know ordering tests but do not have any knowledge of reading it or providing care.

I came to this ER several times over the past months for a medical condition (which I would not reveal for privacy reasons). They made me undergo several tests but were not able to find anything wrong with me. I ended up visiting Cleveland Clinic where all it required was a test and an overnight stay to find out what was wrong with me…

All I got from Franciscan Health was huge bills….AVOID IT

My family has got wonderful experiences here!

The staff is warm and very friendly. We have utilized their services over a period of time, and never have we felt that there was any laxity of care. The doctors and nurses are excellent. The staff has always taken outstanding care of my family and me. The doctors are very competent and do not rush through care. The nurses are very knowledgeable and caring. They always ensured that we were comfortable whenever we were admitted here.

The gem, however, is the cafeteria. The food is excellent!!!!

Thank you

I would highly recommend this exceptional hospital to anyone and everyone. I can say that this hospital is the best, at least in this part of the woods. The doctors and nurses are friendly and thorough with their care. The support services are excellent. The hospital is also very clean.

Long story short, an excellent hospital in our neighborhood

I hate going to the ER because I feel that they do not put in proper care. But this ER was different. I had to go there after my cough, and fever was not subsiding even after a week. I went there following a friend’s recommendation. EVERYONE was caring and very friendly. I was put up in a private room, which helped me to take proper rest. I was diagnosed with pneumonia, and appropriate treatment started. Pleased with the exceptional treatment that I got here
