My friend came here for cosmetic surgery. She was a bit apprehensive about this place as her first impression while talking with the registration team was not so good. Fortunately, once she talked with the doctor and the pre-op nurses, all her worries were put to rest. The staff and the doctor were great. They knew what they were doing. My friend underwent successful cosmetic surgery and is happy with the result that she got.

I have not seen such a HORRENDOUSLY INCOMPETENT staff!!!!! I had scheduled a major surgery here a few months back, and I had confirmed it the day before the surgery also. When I came on the day of the surgery, I never felt so humiliated and neglected. The staff had no clue about my surgery. They also completely disregarded me and spoke very rudely. The conditions of the facility were also very inhumane. I am yet to come out of the trauma. Avoid this place

I visited the FUH emergency room on a Sunday morning, and my experience was extremely positive. The wait time was very negligible. A highly professional staff did the check-in and the treatment. The nurse and the doctor had excellent bedside manners. I am satisfied with the care that I received here. It is very heartening that we have such a wonderful institution to take care of our medical needs. Won’t hesitate to recommend such an excellent hospital
