I hate the very mention of this hospital. Their service was so awful that I still kick myself for going there in the first place.

I had a GI emergency, and this being the nearest ER, my wife drove me here. There was no smile from the front desk. Instead, we were greeted by a grumpy face. The intake nurse was even grumpier. I was made to wait for nearly five hours before I was able to meet the so-called “ER doctor.” He did not do any tests that could have helped in identifying the reason for my ailment. All I got was “Hmmm…”

He advised setting up an appointment with a GI specialist, which sounded fair. He dialed a number and gave me the phone. I talked, and an appointment was set up…the only catch…the person on the other side did not tell his name nor leave a number for me to call back. I decided to take a risk and visit the GI department, but those folks feigned ignorance about setting up an appointment.

The sucker punch came after a month in the form of a bill of $4000 for the service rendered. I have no idea about any service being provided. Neither was my GI appointment honored nor did the ER doctor gave me any useful. I had to seek care at another hospital!!!!

Flagler Hospital is a one-stop-shop for all your medical needs. I had some outpatient services to do. Thankfully, everything was under one roof, and I was in and out of Flagler in less than three hours!! Superfast. In between, I also stopped for grabbing a bite at the cafeteria.

I have recently moved here, and I am pleased as a punch that I have got such a wonderful hospital that would cater to all my medical needs

Flagler is a fantastic hospital. This hospital is the best for addressing all your medical needs. My family and I have been regulars here. Every department is filled with wonderful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional people. The doctors and nurses whom we have interacted during our visits here are out of this world. Simply Amazing!!!

Thank you to every individual who has been involved in providing care to my family and me over the past several years. We appreciate it.
