I did not have a good experience at Fawcett Memorial Hospital. The hospital premises was not clean. There was a cake of mud on the floor while I was waiting for my turn in the ER. The bathrooms were not functional. Overall, the hospital did not feel were welcoming. The nurses and doctors were okay. They were very professional but just did not know how to greet patients, give a smile, etc. The care was okay, but it was these other things which just put me off. Will think twice before coming here again.

All in all, my husband got decent care. The doctor was highly knowledgeable and prompt. The nurse, though a bit slower, was attentive to my husband’s needs. They treated him okay. Can term it as a good visit, which could have been an excellent one if the nurse was quick. We will be back if any medical need arises

I had a great experience when I visited this wonderful hospital. I had visited the ER at 1:00 AM after my stomach pain had reached a stage where it needed medical attention. Even at these ungodly hours, I was treated with respect. The registration was completed in quick time. The nurse checked me in, and after a 10-minute wait, I was taken back to the room. The doctor was beside me in a few minutes. He evaluated me, got some images done, and made a diagnosis of extreme constipation. He gave necessary meds and even gave his number to call directly if I needed to get in touch. Well, that was something which I was not expecting. Thank you!!!!!

Fawcett Memorial Hospital has been our go-to hospital for quite some time now. Be it my parents’ illnesses, my in-laws' illnesses, fractures, surgeries, illnesses of my children, in short, any medical issue, we would seek help from this hospital. Every single time we visited the hospital, we were satisfied with the care we got. My family has always been treated respectfully by the staff and the doctors. The treatment has always been prompt. The billing has never troubled us. Overall, an excellent experience every single time. I would recommend Fawcett Memorial anytime compared to some other hospitals in the neighborhood
