A loved one had a medical emergency when we were visiting Evanston. The medical emergency required a visit to the ER, followed by admission for nearly a fortnight. We have been to several hospitals for various reasons, but the difference between the experiences that we had there and the experience that we had at Evanston was like chalk and cheese.

We had what can be called an “out-of-this-world” experience. Not only was the loved one taken great care of, but the staff ensured that we were also comfortable during our vigil. The doctors and the nurses were always positive, had a beaming smile on their face and made it a point to have a talk with the loved one as well as with us regarding her progress. The physicians were always there if we had any issues. The housekeeping, as well as food services, also did an excellent job.

Thanks to the efforts of the medical staff as well as the support services, our loved one was able to be back on her feet much earlier than anticipated. Thank you, everyone, for taking very good care of our loved one. Our family appreciates it

A few nights back, we had to take our 2 years old daughter to the ER late in the night after she developed a fever, cough, and was pulling her ears. We went to the ER at around 2:30 AM, least expecting any care, forget good care.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care that we got there. The front desk was super quick, and registration was completed within a few minutes. The intake nurse made sure that we were taken back to the room very quickly. The doctor was a wonderful lady who had excellent bedside manners. She thoroughly evaluated Stephie without making her uncomfortable, diagnosed her with ear infection, started appropriate medication and we were on our way back home in less than two hours.

Thank you for the exceptional care provided to Stephie

Almost every individual who was involved in my care was very professional, caring, and genuinely concerned about my health. I was here after a lightning strike knocked the living daylights out of me. The team which provided me care was exceptional. They made me comfortable. Ensured that I received the best care possible. Thanks

I did not have a good experience when I sought care here. These guys were not up to the mark. I was having severe pancreatitis and needed targeted care. The nurses and the doctors were just going through the motions. They did not deem it necessary to interact with either my family members or me and update us about my health. After a week on the floor, I was handed discharge papers. No mention of why it happened, what to do if it recurs, and steps to prevent its recurrence.

Won’t be back after receiving such a cold response here….
