One question to all the friends out here…

How long would it take for a cleaning staff of five to seven to clear a floor full of shit and piss...maybe half-an-hour to an hour if all the seven get involved, right? Well at Enloe Hospital, it might take perpetuity even if they employ their entire staff…the reason – these guys are least bothered about cleanliness. Maybe the hospital does not give a damn about cleanliness and seems to have no idea how to run a hospital. The only good thing about this hospital is its nurses. They are ever smiling, caring and very professional.

My wife and I were involved a multi-car pileup, and the airbags had failed to deploy resulting in severe injuries to both of us. These guys are the best out there. They were professional, caring, smiling and knew what they were doing. They involved our family members during the operation and post recovery period. The 10 days we spent were great. One thing that I noticed was that everybody in the hospital was smiling yet very professional in discharging their duties. They were ready to go beyond the line of duty to help us out. I won’t shy away from saying that if I want to trust somebody with my life during any medical emergencies, then it would be this wonderful hospital. THANKS, ENLOE!

This review is for an incident that happened several months back. I had walked into Enloe with gnawing leg pain, and it was affecting my gait. I walked into the hospital and was greeted by an elderly white lady who was grumpy at her best. She asked me about my problem and asked for my insurance and my name. A few seconds later, she says, “Sorry, we do not accept your insurance.” I tell her it is not an issue; I am ready to pay out of my pocket. She says, nothing doing, we cannot treat you even if you are willing to pay from your pocket…since my pain had increased, I decided to end the matter there itself and walked off to the nearest hospital.

I am just wondering if that old lady was within her right to deny me treatment even if I was ready to pay from my pocket….some food for thought.

If you ask me which is the best hospital in the Chico area, then I would not bat an eyelid while saying Enloe Hospital. I have a very solid reason for liking this hospital. I was involved in a motorbike accident and had come to the ER. They checked me in double quick time, got x-rays done out fast and proceeded to treat me quickly. The staff was wonderful and very caring. Everyone whom I interacted during my time here was concerned and ready to help.

Rushed my girlfriend into Enloe ER for a sudden flare-up of a known heart condition. The nurses were amazing. While being compassionate and empathetic, they were very professional and immediately got down to task and ordered a battery of tests and finally cleared her after four anxious hours. It was scary moment, and I was very nervous about her ability to sustain any procedure, but then the doctors ruled it out and assured me that she would be fine. Cannot thank the ER team enough. They were great and wonderful. God Bless!!!!!
