Whenever there is a need to visit a hospital for any medical emergency or any medical issue, all roads from our house leads to ENCINO MEDICAL CENTER!!!! There are so many nice and wonderful things to talk about this place. First off, the wait time is incredibly less, at least when compared to other hospitals. Before you can put your bums down on a seat and relax, it’s your turn to see the doctor. The ER team at Encino is the best. They ensure that every single patient is made comfortable and are ready to walk that extra mile to make it happen. The doctor who saw me was great. Excellent bedside manners and a great smile. One feels all the problems just melts away by looking at that smile. I had to stay overnight for a few tests. The night shift team was great and took great care of me…

Long story short, the best place to seek care for any type of medical problems. Encino is TOP NOTCH!!!! AWESOME!!!!

The night shift front desk lady at Encino is super rude. If one wants to see the meanest, rudest, and the grumpiest lady in town, head to ENCINO MEDICAL CENTER. She does not have enough manners to talk with a patient. In fact, she was not talking; she was barking. I asked a simple question and got a profanity-laden answer. Had to wait for nearly three hours in a mostly deserted ER room. While I was waiting to see the doctor, a young fella comes in, goes to the night front desk and within minutes is walking out saying, “ Boy, is the b*&^h rude?”

I could not take it any longer, and after wasting my precious three hours and 45 minutes, I walk out. I should have gone to a place nearby…this hospital is not worth my time and money. Not coming back…..

This was our first ever visit to Encino ER necessitated by a bad fall that my son had. The wait time was pretty reasonable. We were seen by a terrific doctor and an equally wonderful nurse. Together they treated my son very well. Some nice pep talk, a script for pain med and an anti-inflammatory and we are on our way. Very happy with the service we got. Bless you

Hands down the best ER in Encino city. The doctor and the RN who saw me were fantastic. Highly professional, they gave me the most appropriate care possible during that time. I had visited the hospital for severe pain in my back, and tests had ruled out stones or any other issues. They ordered pain meds and ICY Hot massage. They asked me to continue for one or two days and then gave a referral to a specialist. Went to the specialist who diagnosed me with a level 3 muscle tear and suggested surgery for repair. I cannot recollect the name of the doctor and nurse, but you treated me well. Highly impressed. Very professional. You treated me like a VIP. Thank you for such amazing service

This place runs a scam…and needs a thorough investigation by the FDA. A few months back, I had the misfortune of visiting this ER for severe abdominal pain. They said it was due to kidney stones. I had my doubts and took a second opinion, and it turned out that I did not have any stones. Unfortunately, I had to visit this place again two days back with a sinus infection. They asked me to undergo a battery of tests, blood, urine, x-rays, EKG, MRI – you name a test, they ordered it. 90% of the tests were completely unrelated to sinus infection. Thankfully, they did not ask me to undergo brain mapping. Funnily, once it was determined that I had a sinus infection, these bozos were not ready to give any meds until I underwent further tests. I had to threaten them to give me a script for antibiotics!

Stay clear of Encino Medical Center…
