Legendary service!! Lifesavers!!

That is how I view these amazing folks. Just cannot thank them enough. The nurses and the NP ensured that my son got the best possible care. They did not hesitate to walk that extra mile to make sure that Ric got the absolute best care. Thank you, guys. All of you would always be in our prayers

Emory is the best when it comes to customer service and outpatient surgeries. I underwent outpatient surgery two weeks back at this wonderful institution. When we arrived at this place, the parking was a big pain in …..

We somehow found a place to park. When we got out, the helpful security guard guided us to the main building.

The registering lady was great and helped in filling out the relevant information. The preop nurses were helpful and got down to work immediately. The surgeon came on time and explained the procedure once again, and once convinced that I understood everything, went ahead with the surgery. The surgery was a success, and my shift to recovery was a smooth affair.

A few hours of recovering, and then I am on my way. My experience at this hospital was the best when compared to other area hospitals

Disgusting. The nutheads cannot even treat a small thing. I have visited this hospital thrice now, and all the time, these idiots have ended up misdiagnosing me. The first time, I felt it could happen. The second time, I felt it might be a coincidence. But when they ended up misdiagnosing the third time, I concluded that the nutheads who are supposed to provide care do not know anything… Shifting my care to another hospital. Do not want to risk my life at this place!

A horrible experience!!! They make you wait for many hours, provide BS care, and end up overcharging you.

I went to Emory after having a fall due to giddiness. The nurse who checks me in did not feel it was an emergency and made me wait for nearly five hours. Finally, I was taken back to the room where the doctor was as dismissive and finished my evaluation in less than two minutes. He ordered an IV and went on his way. After finishing the IV, I went to the billing section. Got the shock of my life…

These crooks charged me 700$ for IV and reading an x-ray which was never taken. I told them that I did not get an x-ray, but they did not listen and insisted that I pay the amount. I said I will pay for the IV and doctor charges, but would not pay for a service which I did get…

The last word on this is yet to be spoken…but I have not paid a dime.

Busted my foot while playing soccer. Went to Emory since this was the nearest hospital ER. Got a quick lookover, was advised surgery, had it the next day and three months later, walking without any crutches or help. Cannot thank these folks enough
