Parking at Inter-Community hospital is always going to be a nightmare. No matter whenever you come whichever day you come, the parking is always packed, and the patients coming later have to spend maybe an hour or so on finding a good place to park the vehicle. The main reason is the very small parking space and too many cars. One should avoid coming to this place unless you are going to die in the next 20 minutes or so or else be prepared for a seriously frustrating experience.

Besides the miserable parking, there are many other issues. The hospital is very outdated. It gives out the feeling of a "clinic" rather than feeling like a real hospital. It seems that the hospital was built in the early 1970s and then wholly neglected. Depressing. A new building needs to come up at its place. Redesigned and rebuilt to meet modern hospital care standards.

I am glad that I am not seeking care at this godforsaken place. I came to meet and take my friend from this hospital after his discharge.

Every single person in this hospital is great and super friendly – the nurses, doctors, techs, assistant, support staff as well as volunteers... they crack jokes and smile a lot, but make no mistake, they are very professional. My wife had major pulmonary surgery here. She had the nerves and was shaking on the day of the surgery, but the wonderful surgical nurse and the surgeon saved the day. They not only calmed her down but also ensured that she knew what was going to happen. They explained everything in simple English and encouraged her to ask questions.

The staff ensured that she as well as I was comfortable during the stay here — very caring and loving professionals. The volunteers were also great and sang beautiful songs. Thank you!!!

Can't be happier with the level of care that my sister got at this place. She was having breathing difficulties and had visited Huntington Hospital for treatment. Last Friday, her problems flared up, and she was not able to breathe properly. We called her PCP, who asked us to take her immediately to Inter-Community Hospital. It was a very good decision. She was taken in immediately and attended to. They took all the precautions that were necessary while dealing with the problem. They walked the extra mile in order to ensure that my sister was comfortable. Everyone whom we interacted with was great and attentive...Hopefully, won’t need to return again, but if any need arises then we surely know where to come

Took my son to the ER after he had a biking accident. The ER staff was excellent. Everyone was nice. Jeff was seen in immediately, and the doctor was beside him within a matter of a few minutes. They treated him as a human being and not a number. Thank you for taking good care of my son
