We had a very good hospital experience at the El Centro ER. My two-year-old had to be rushed here after he developed breathing issues. I was not too keen on bringing him here as I had heard a lot of negative things about this place. However, my son’s condition required urgent attention, and I had to bring him here.

I was blown away by the care which he got at El Centro RMC ER. The front desk completed all the formalities, and Jose was taken in very quickly. The doctor arrived within a matter of minutes. Breathing treatment started and only when he was stabilized, did they do any tests. Jose was diagnosed with lung infection and needed an in-hospital stay for nearly a week. Thanks to the excellent care that he received here, he is now back on his feet without any breathing troubles. Thank you, El Centro RMC, for taking good care of my child

I made a big mistake by coming to this hospital. Spent nearly five hours here yesterday only to be told in the end to follow up with the PCP.

I was having dizziness and feeling wobbly on feet. I was taken to the ER at 9:00 AM. The lab works were completed, and the results came within two hours by 11:00 AM. Once the results came, it took the ER doctor three hours to say it was okay, and I needed to follow up with the PCP…this could have been done earlier. Why delay the whole thing for nearly three hours, more so when the ER is deserted? Waste of time coming here

Had a very quick ER visit considering the circumstances. My brother had a pretty nasty fall and was unable to put his right foot on the ground….we came to the ER and Jeff was taken in very quickly. After a reasonable wait time, he was taken back to the room. The doctor was beside him within minutes. Imaging was ordered which showed a fracture. A cast was put, and we were on our way out within three hours…which was fast considering the fact that we waited to 1.5 hours for the imaging result.

My wife was rushed here after she started feeling very dizzy and fainted once during the night. We were worried because she was heavily pregnant. We came to this ER as this was the nearest place. A quick evaluation later, she was admitted for further observation and tests. Everything turned out negative, and it was only stress and tension related to pregnancy and delivery.

The staff took excellent care of my wife. They were courteous and caring and made sure she was comfortable during the short stay. Thank you for providing excellent care to my wife. Appreciate it.
