I had rushed to the ER after my son started breathing very shallowly and was clearly in distress. The registration lady had no empathy and shouted at us when we made a minor mistake while filling the form. Once the error was rectified, we were checked in by a nurse who was least interested in doing in her job.

She was busy with her phone. She saw my son was in distress and did not take any measures to send us in early. We had to wait for two hours before the doctor could see us. She was a nice lady and was concerned about my son and got him admitted to the ICU straight away. The nurse was very lucky that my son was able to pull through and regain his health, or else…..

Eisenhower appoints doctors and nurses who are very incompetent. They do not know the basic things in medicine. For example, these buggers do not know that you need to numb an area around a boil before attempting to lance it.

I had a boil on my left hand, and it was painful. I see the ER doctor who first tried to pop it just like that, in completely unhygienic conditions. When I objected, he asked a nurse to lance the boil. The nurse was the far worse idiot. She came and straight away lanced the boil. Only when I cried out loud, did she realize that the doctor had not yet numbed the area.

Will not be back at all….

Pathetic!!!! Disgusting!!!

I had gone there following a severe stomachache which was not subsiding. These idiots made me wait for nearly an hour in a deserted ER. Finally, when a doctor saw me, he rushed through. Did not manually palpate my stomach, did not order any scans or even x-rays, just ordered OTC TUMS…Could not believe it.

I visited another hospital where the appropriate diagnosis was made, and treatment started. I will not revisit this hospital.

Had an admission through the ER to the floor after I was diagnosed with pneumonia. The staff was excellent. They provided great care. They were attentive to my needs and updated my family about my situation regularly. The doctors and the nurses were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without any hesitation. They were friendly and helped my family, and I endure the terrifying stay in the hospital. We would consider this hospital for all our future needs.

Had a quick visit to the ER…wonderful experience. Went in for a dog bite, was checked in very quickly and then taken back to the room after a reasonable wait time. The doctor was a nice gentleman and after asking relevant questions, stitched up the wound and gave the shot. Satisfied with the visit

WOW!!!

The nurses on the floor treated my father very well. They gave him respect and ensured that his stay was comfortable. The medical team treated him well, and thanks to them, he is recovering very fast. The support services were also wonderful. Thank you for treating my father well

Very nice medical center. Excellent staff!!! Professional nurses and doctors. I loved the setting of the hospital. Beautifully landscaped, the premises contains art, geese, water fountains, turtles, and even ducks. The cafeteria is also good but seemed a bit pricey for me. Excellent experience here…would not hesitate to return if the need arises
