I came to see my sister’s babies. Was impressed by how well she was treated by the doctors and the nurses. The place is clean and hygienic, something a new mother would definitely be concerned about. I am definitely going to come here when I have babies too!

I switched hospitals because I found the doctors very incompetent here. If I make an appointment, I expect to be seen on that day. We have lives too. I was canceled on once, and the other time, the doctor took her own sweet time because she had other patients to see. That is not an excuse! If you are busy, I am at least entitled to a warning.

Duplont ain’t bad. They definitely need to be better at handling the payment process. It’s been weeks since I was discharged and I’m still dealing with their bills. The staff is nice, sometimes a little too nice, which can get annoying, especially when all you want is get some sleep, and not sit and gossip with the nurses. I do thank them for their service though.

I had always heard about how Dupont Hospital is the best place for child birth. People are right. The staff here is so nice, I can’t even explain it! From prenatal classes to post-labor complications, they are with you every step of the way. Nurse Ellen was just the sweetest. She was always ready with a kind word or some candy! We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here and will definitely come back again for the next pregnancy, should there be one!

Duplont has some excellent quesadillas, I’ll give you that. The doctors are also quite friendly, as are the nurses. They are informative and very approachable, which is very important for first-time parents such as myself and my wife. The staff never tires of our countless questions and is ever-encouraging!
Love coming back here.

Currently attending the prenatal classes here at Duplont. Looking forward to the actual day, as it approaches. It’s kind of weird but the more I interact with my OBGYN and nurses, I am actually more excited than nervous about my baby now. Granted, this is my second baby, but still. I feel a lot more relaxed and I don’t think it’s just because of the experience from my first one, especially since a lot of things are different here. My first one was a very pleasant pregnancy while this has been a rocky ride from the get-go. Nonetheless, can’t wait to see the little nugget!

Whoever started the misconception about hospital food being crap, clearly hasn’t eaten here yet! I am a food junkie, and therefore, can smell good food from a mile away! Duplont Hospital has one of the best cafeterias ever!

I have two athletic boys and so frequenting Emergency rooms is part of the job profile for me. I don’t think I’ve been so satisfied with the service anywhere else in a while, which is why this is where I usually come now. The doctors are really nice and do a great job. Great job keeping your customers pleased, Duplont. You’re doing great.

While I was hoping for faster service, I will say the service here is actually pretty top-notch! The doctors know exactly what hey are doing, and are supported by some excellent nurses. They do a great job by making us physically comfortable, as well as mentally re-ensured. I really needed this while I went in for surgery. I was nervous but I was encouraged throughout. I came out happy and feeling so much better.
