My wife delivered our beautiful son here. Both Janice and Junior received exceptional care at Duke Regional Hospital. The facilities offered by the hospital were great. The staff running the show were also exceptional. Everybody was very friendly, loving, and very professional. The nurses and doctors attending to them were caring and very understanding. We had a wonderful birthing experience here, and the smile on my wife’s face tells me that she is very happy with the care that she got here. Keep it up, folks

A wonderful hospital. My children were born here, and we had received great care during both the deliveries. We have sought care here on and off and have always been satisfied with the treatment we got here. Last year, my son had to undergo surgery, and we selected this place. The surgery was completed successfully. The nurses and the doctors who were involved in the surgery and subsequent care were accommodating, highly knowledgeable, and extremely kind.

Inpatient care at this hospital is spectacular. Every single nurse whom I came across was friendly, ever-smiling, and offered exceptional nursing care. The doctors were also great. Highly knowledgeable, they frequently came in to check if I was doing okay. Thanks to the wonderful care, I was very soon on the road to recovery. Won’t hesitate to come back for any medical issues

Had the misfortune of visiting this emergency room. It is one of the worst. The nurses are least bothered about your medical situation. My 80 yr old grandma was taken there, and they treated her as if she was some shit. They never helped her with anything. They purposefully ignored her. Every time we called a nursing staff member, they would take up to an hour to come. They also did not help her with the bedpan. No cleaning of the patient or of the room. The nurses were a sorry excuse. A majority of them were busy on their cell phones, either texting and doing other stuff. We decided to leave AMA and took her to another hospital, which treated my grandma very respectfully. Won’t come here again..

Things moved very, very slowly when I visited the ER last week. It took nearly six hours for me to see the doctor. People who came after me were seen first. They ignored me and my severe pain. They did not offer any specific answer when I asked them how much longer would it take for the doctor to see me. Finally, after waiting for six hours in severe pain, I was seen by the doctor who rushed through my care and prescribed me OTC pain meds and asked me to see my PCP. I could not believe what I just underwent. Six hours of waiting and what I get – OTC pain meds and a referral to my PCP. Pathetic!!!!!
