We love this hospital because this is one place which listens to its patients. The doctors and the staff are excellent and very eager to help. They are friendly, very patient, and highly informative. The quality of care is also excellent. Another bonus is the free parking provided in the parking deck. Though the parking deck is undergoing some construction work, it is brightly lit and very safe. Won’t hesitate to seek care here.

Great nurses, excellent doctors, and calm and soothing overall environment. They are true professionals and had some of the most amazing bedside manners. Not only they treated me well, but also gave me the confidence that these people put in their 100% to cure me. The best hospital in Miami-Dade County.

STAY AWAY FROM DOCTORS HOSPITAL

First of all, I had to wait for a really long time to get dismissed after completing two simple procedures which should not have taken more than an hour. I told nearly four to five nurses about my problems and wanted to know when I would be able to go home. They were all sympathetic but had no clue as to when would I get the results.

Secondly, these people loot their patients. I was charged more than $10000 for a CT scan. Now I know the charges in the ER is higher due to availability of services, but it does not mean that the patients can be cheated like this….nearly ten to twenty times of the normal amount. I am not planning to pay the bill. I would advise people to stay away from this place.

Visiting the emergency room is never fun. However, what makes it bearable and a pleasant experience is its staff, and the staff at the hospital ticks all the boxes when it comes to making the hospital experience as hassle-free and painless as possible. My nurse was very kind and attentive. The doctor was a thorough professional. He was to the point and did not give the feeling of rushing me. The room also ran like a well-oiled machine. There was a negligible wait time, and even before 30 minutes had passed, I had an IV bolus up and running. The emergency department was spotless. On the whole, a great hospital experience.
