I underwent a total hip replacement surgery in October of 2018. The staff took great care of me. The nursing staff was very courteous, nice, friendly, and helpful. The surgeon and the doctor were excellent. The housekeeping staff and food service were terrific. A special shout out to the PT team who were patient with a cranky 50-year-old. Thanks to their perseverance, I was able to walk a few weeks back without any aids and without pain. Thanks, folks, you are the true rockstars of my life. The ER was also out of this world and took great care of me before I was admitted for surgery. Cheers to all!!!!! Won’t hesitate to return

Cleanliness of this place is great. The doctors are great, but the nurses are pathetic and rude. The wait time was also very atrocious and something that needs to be addressed quickly. You cannot keep a patient injured in an accident and those with severe pain in the ER waiting hall while those with minor injuries and no emergencies get first attention. I visited this hospital with a severe stomachache, and I was doubling up in pain, but the nurses were least bothered about it. They kept on sending patients who came after me in first. I felt the nurses were deliberately ignoring me. My husband could not take it any longer and gave these dickheads a piece of his mind, and we left AMA. This hospital is not worth our time and money.

My mother was rushed to Doctors Hospital ER with severe chest pain. We were taken in immediately and then back to the room. The doctor was stuck up with another case. But it did not deter the nurse from giving her first aid and making her comfortable. The doctor came in after 45 minutes and appreciated the efforts of the nurse to make my mom comfortable. An EKG was ordered, and it showed she was having a heart attack, and prompt action by the nurse saved her life. My mother stayed in the hospital for a few days, and the ER nurse regularly visited her and also talked to her colleagues into making sure she was comfortable and taken good care of

They took my wife back to the room quickly after she started complaining of severe breathlessness while waiting in the ER. They diagnosed her with pneumonia, which was turning acute. The nurses and doctors got immediately on to the job, and they stabilized her quickly and then admitted her to the ICU. She received excellent care there also, and after a week-long stay in the ICU, she was discharged. Very happy with the service we got at this place. We will not hesitate to return in case of any medical emergency
