I visited the hospital for outpatient surgery. The pre-op nurses and the surgeon were good and helped me in getting prepped for the surgery. After the surgery, I go to PACU, and there my pain starts. It does not abate, and it reaches pain level 8. I inform the doctor, and the nurses and all they had to say was the surgeon has left, and pain is common. Well, it is not common for me. I am a retired vet and know what the particular procedure entailed. This was never told to me. My wife shifted me to another hospital where the staff took prompt and decisive action. Won’t return to DRMC anytime soon

I had a wonderful experience at the Dixie Regional Medical Center ER. I was checked in within a matter of minutes. I was taken back to the room and seen by a doctor within 20 minutes. The doctor made an excellent evaluation and then proceeded to prescribe medication. Every employee in the hospital whom I encountered was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Awesome hospital!!!!

What makes it great is that the doctors and nurses have wonderful bedside manners and have the time and patience to listen to your concerns. I was heard out, and only then did the doctor go ahead and give her diagnosis. She prescribed appropriate treatment, and I was on my way home two hours after I stepped in. Dixie Regional Medical Center rocks. Won’t seek care elsewhere

The ER doctors and nurses at this hospital are wonderful. They are very professional and definitely know what they are doing. I had to be admitted in the hospital for a few days and not once did I see the staff crib about work or make fun of patients or while away time. They were professional to the core and though friendly did not cross the fine line when it came to treating patients and being strict with them.
