A part of me likes to come here because of very good doctors the management of this hospital has appointed. They are great at their job and know how to handle their patients and take care of the situation.

But I don’t think I can say the same about the nurses of this hospital. They need to kept on check on their nurse’s behavior because they are highly unprofessional and rude to their patients and that is seriously not done at any cost.

The management needs to really work upon the customer service and professionalism of their staff so that patients keep coming back to them instead of running away.

My daughter was brought in here from a different hospital because she had a concussion and was not taken care of properly there. Somewhere deep down inside my heart, I had the firm belief that she would be taken good care of here.
And it actually turned out to be true. We were lucky that the ER head nurse was a top class professional and she took care of my daughter like her own and all credits to her, the ER of this hospital is way better than many others that I have seen before.

I hated this facility the moment I entered here. It sucks and nothing can go right here. I could clearly see a lack of good communication between the staff and that is the root cause of different kinds of issues in that stupid place.

I was admitted here and was supposed to be on a liquid diet but they just didn’t tell me about it and kept on giving me normal food to eat till I became critical.

They really need to get their things together. Nobody seems to have any clue about what one really needs or any information about anything that they need to do.
I would avoid this place like plague!

I loved the ER of this hospital. Their process is all fast and quick and they don’t keep you waiting for hours on end like many other hospitals. I love it when people know how to treat their fellow human beings with love and respect.

I could see the dignity with which they treated their patients and in my opinion, that’s the most important thing. I got back home the very same day and the next day, I got a call from them to check on me if I was doing ok. Now that’s awesomeness!!

I took my wife who was 7 months pregnant to the ER of this hospital because she developed abdominal pain all of a sudden and that worried me. I rushed her to the emergency department so that she would get immediate attention.

But these people failed me miserably. They made her wait for 5 hours and when I was about to take her elsewhere, they came running to us and pacified me. She was given a bed by then but it took another one hour for the doctor to come and see her.

I hated this place and the people here for the way they treated my pregnant wife. They should have had some amount of consideration at least for her.

I was wrongly diagnosed at this place and given the wrong medications. When I asked them for an explanation, all they had were a few excuses in return. They didn’t even have the decency to address my issues.

People who cannot own up to their mistakes are the weakest and the worst kind of people on earth and I hate such breed. And this place seems to have appointed all the wrong kind of people on earth and I would not recommend it ever!
