Had to be hospitalized for two days here and it was the worst days in my life. You can consider my situation when I say that the best part of staying in this place was the food. I was here for 48 hours, and I saw the doctor only for five minutes. He came, he saw, and he went off after scribbling something. They did not hesitate to run all types of tests but never bothered to explain the results to me.

The nurses in the ER and on the floor were ridiculous and had little to no knowledge of anything. Simple things like setting up an IV took nearly 15 minutes because the nurse was not sure on how to set up an IV and ended up poking me several times.

After waiting for 48 hours, the nurse came and gave me my discharge papers. When I asked what my problem was and how to prevent its recurrence, she was clueless and said everything is written in the discharge papers. Could not believe it…

Have decided to stay away from this place

I had to visit the hospital for a minor procedure prescribed by my PCP. The procedure went off very smoothly. However, what impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. The pre-op staff was very friendly and did the prep work without any issues. They calmed me down and said that the procedure was very common and I would be at my house within three to four hours.

The doctor was also very professional. She explained the whole thing to me. Encouraged me to ask questions, and only when she felt that I had understood everything, did she go ahead with the procedure. The post-op care was also excellent.

All in all, very pleased with the way I was treated here.

I had come here back in 2017 for blood donation. The staff was terrific and accommodating. They did not hesitate to answer any question that we asked and also allowed us to do some volunteering.

Though I have not gone back after that what impressed me was the frankness and the very helpful nature of the staff and doctors. Everybody seemed very happy and had a lovely smile. I am not sure if things are the same now, but if it is, then it is very good

My husband underwent surgery and had to stay overnight for observation. Staff was polite and accommodating. They were very competent also. While awaiting discharge, the staff got a complimentary meal tray for me after I had praised the dinner that was served. This warm gesture was well appreciated. They took excellent care of my husband. Thank you
