Everything, I mean everything about this place ROCKS!!!! Things are done with tremendous efficiency. The staff pays excellent attention to a patient’s comfort and well-being.

What's more impressive is the fact that the discharge process is very smooth. You do not have to worry too much about it. I was discharged on a Sunday evening.

With the skeletal staff that was working on the weekends, I thought I might only be able to leave on Monday, but surprise, surprise, my discharge papers were ready, and I was discharged on Sunday evening. I am pleased with the respectful and considerate care that I received here.

Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!!

The neurology department sucks, and it sucks big time. My specially-abled brother was having unexplained seizures, and we had sought an appointment here about a month back for a specialist’s opinion.

On the appointment date, the neurology department sends a message stating that my brother’s appointment has been rescheduled three months later for the same time. I was appalled. I called them up and asked how can this be possible and should they expect my brother to suffer….there was no answer, and the person hung up on me.

I called the next day and asked for the cancellation of the appointment. I would not like to have any association with this hospital ever…

Well, I had a brain freeze and decided to seek treatment here. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I reached the ED after I had terrible stomach pain. It turns out that I had appendicitis. Surgery is advised, and preparations start….after 12 hours my appendix ruptures, and the whole thing becomes grave…but the preparations are still going on…the reason, the surgeons are busy….thanks to them being busy, the infection spread and I went into a shock.

My wife had enough and decided to shift my care to another hospital where I underwent emergency surgery. Thanks to the quick thinking of my wife, I am alive today…

I would never seek care here again.

I did not face problems when I was there seeking care for my daughter’s illness. My daughter’s fever was not subsiding, and she was throwing up without a pause, and when she started pooping blood, I felt she needed better care, and shifted her care here.

The doctors and nurses immediately got down to the task, and before long, she was shifted to ICU and treatment started. Thanks to the excellent care, my daughter is now back to baseline. I highly appreciate the efforts taken by them to save her life.

This hospital has the best ER doctors and hospitalists. The nursing team is also one to beat for. I do not live nearby but do not mind the six-hour drive (two-way) because I am assured that I would get the best possible care always, unlike the hospitals back at my place...
