Was rushed to Dale Medical Center (DMC) after I was T-boned by a car at Katherine Avenue and I had lost consciousness. When I opened my eyes, I was in the DMC ER and in the able hands of Dr. Conrad, who was very compassionate and nice. The nurse was also wonderful. While lying on the bed, I started shivering, and without even me asking, the nurse got a heated blanket and wrapped me in it saying, “We cannot lose you, at least not today.” Luckily, I survived the crash and was up and running in a week, all thanks to the wonderful team at DMC.

I have faced a peculiar problem. Whenever I go to a medical center for getting any scans, it is always a rough ride. Either the machines would not be working, or the staff might be at fault. However, this is not the case at Dale Medical Center. The staff is professional, courteous and very quick. The best hospital in this part of the woods. I would be going to Dal Medical Center for all my needs.

Writing this review to appreciate the hard work done by the team at Dale Medical Center. I was ordered an MRI scan. While my insurance initially approved the scan, it did a rethink, and I was informed that they would not approve the same. I was worried about the whole thing, but the billing department took up the matter on my behalf, and after one hour I was being wheeled into the room for an MRI scan! This shows that there are still hospitals and staff who are ready to help others and actually care for their patients. I would highly recommend Dale Medical Center!

Nurse Jones is amazing. She is the Florence Nightingale of the 21st century. She is caring and very quick to respond to any emergency. Whenever I walked through the doors of the hospital, she would be there, and I always used to feel assured that my care was in good hands. I appreciate this selfless, caring attitude and thank DMC for appointing such wonderful people.

I once visited the DMC ER for an emergency scan and had to wait for nearly three hours before a nurse came to see me. And no, there was no rush in the ER. Wonder what was keeping these fellows. Finally, after three hours, a nurse comes and sees me, tell me a scan is required and send me for a scan where it again was a two-hour wait. Seriously guys, if you are so understaffed, you should either get more people in, or you should have standby who would be ready to pitch in. I now understand why my friends call it DEATH MEDICAL CENTER. One can die waiting sitting here before anybody can come and see you!!!!

We were involved in a minor mishap, and my husband had suffered bleeding from lacerations, and we drove into DMC at 2:00 AM. Even at these ungodly hours, the staff was very helpful and took care of all our needs. While my husband was getting assisted, I was served a nice cup of coffee by a nurse, something which I desperately needed. They tended to my husband and made sure that both of us were okay before discharging us. All of this within two hours. I would definitely recommend DMC ER!

I had to spend around ten days at Dale Medical Center for being treated for a pulmonary infection. I was very impressed by the proficiency of the team as well as the kind and compassionate care that I received. I also loved the specialists who nursed me back to health!

A few months ago, I was down with a severe illness, and I ended up spending eight days in Dale Medical Center. It was my first stay here, and I must say that I was impressed with the kind of professional care that I received during my stay. I have used the outpatient service many times since and they have never failed to impress me! Dale Medical Center is the hospital where I would like to get treated.

How many hours would you sit in an emergency room for a CT scan that has maybe two or three patients with minor ailments…well an hour or two at max, right? But I had to sit in the ER for nearly five hours. While the aides were wonderful, the nurse could do with profession change..she was downright rude, and made me feel like I was making a big mistake by coming to the ER. I finally got irritated and left the DMC ER and got my CT scan done at a nearby center, which though small was far more professional.

Dale Medical Center is a wonderful hospital that is being manned by a wonderful team, but even these guys can reach the limit of their patience. They are thoroughly understaffed, and the doctors are not able to give enough attention to their patients. If Dale Medical Center wants more and more patients to visit their hospital, then they have to get more staff in. A fresh set of legs can not only get more energy but also get some new ideas when it comes to treatment approaches.
