Regina, my sister, had an excellent birthing experience at this hospital. These folks could not have done anything better to make it a more beautiful experience.

The campus is spotless and new. The L&D and the postpartum units were very peaceful. The views offered by the rooms are beautiful. An absolutely gorgeous place to bring a newborn to the world.

The team which helped my sister were terrific. The volunteer, midwife, nurses, as well as the OB were topnotch. They were incredible. These folks ensured that my sister felt very safe, was informed about everything, and was very much involved and excited about the labor/delivery process.

The wonderful care did not stop there. Reggiee also received fantastic postpartum care. The nurses were compassionate and did not leave a stone unturned to make sure that Reggiee and the newborn were comfortable. The lactation consultant was also very helpful.

Disgusting experience!!!!

The nurses at the CPMC St. Luke’s campus are very slow and do not get things at once. I had to visit the bathroom, and my wife tried to catch hold of a nurse to help me out, but by the time the nurse came, I had already peed on the bed. The nurse went to call the support services to get the blanket and bedding changed. It took them nearly an hour to get the whole thing changed. All this while, these people forgot that there was some urine on the floor. Only when my wife informed them, did they realize it. It got to a point beyond frustration. Will not never ever seek care here again

I was scheduled to have a major surgery here, and I was a nervous shit. All types of unwanted and negative thoughts were racing through my mind. The nurse and the surgeon were wonderful people who took some time out before surgery and addressed all my concerns and worries. Even after the surgery, I was treated very well.

The excellent staff did not hesitate in walking that extra mile to make sure I was recovering on time. I did not face any problems while I was an in-patient here. All the techs, nurses, doctors, surgeon were exceptional. Even the rehab folks were wonderful. They were very competent and handled well all the tantrums I threw at them. Definitely worth recommending hospital!

Had a quick imaging service here. I was called at 8:45 AM, and when I came here, the techs were ready for the imaging. No wait times. The techs were helpful, friendly and very professional. The lab was well maintained. Won’t mind seeking care here again.
