Daughter hurt her ankle at 9:45 pm. We go to Covenant ER to check if the ankle was broken. We reach at 9:15 pm. We wait till 1:00 AM for the doctor to come and see us. My daughter was crying with pain, but the nurses were unmoved. They were busy talking with each other and by 2:00 AM I decided enough was enough, and we left the ER. I went to another ER, where we were taken in quickly. My daughter was imaged, and it revealed a fracture. The doctor gave her the appropriate treatment.

The nurses at Covenant Medical Center are crappy and rude, and I do not think that they stand a chance to improve because they are least bothered. Avoid this hospital!

I visited Covenant Medical Center with a friend who met with a minor accident at work and cut his hand very badly. The quality of care was excellent. My friend was taken in immediately, the doctor came and saw him, stitched and dressed him up in minutes. We were out of the ER within 45 minutes which was great. I am impressed with this hospital and plan on using its services for my healthcare needs.

This hospital is great. The staff is excellent. They are professional, caring and ready to listen to you. They took good care of me when I was hospitalized here. I am highly impressed with them and would return back.

A mixed bag actually. Not because of the service, but because of the vending machine. The damn machine would only accept card and not cash even when they have a slot for it. Also, they do not serve Dr. Pepper. Guys, we are in Texas, remember.

Coming to the care, it was phenomenal. They took real good care of my wife. The billing was also, surprisingly, hassle-free. Maybe this is the first hospital that I have seen where people with brains are appointed in the billing department. Otherwise, a majority of the hospitals keep the most foolish person in the billing department.
