I had moved here a decade ago, and during those days, people used to tell horror stories about this place. The place was pathetic, and people hesitated to come here for medical care. But as times changed, the hospital changed, and now it is the exact opposite. It is now called one of the best hospital in the region. It has been a huge turnaround.

Coquille Valley Hospital gives that warm feeling when you enter. The first thing which comes to your notice is that the staff is smiling and it is a genuine smile. That shows that these people like working here, which is making a big difference in the quality of care. There is no delay beyond a reasonable limit. The staff is quick and very professional. The entire hospital staff is very kind, friendly, professional, and treats patients as human beings and not just a number. I am so glad that I am seeking care here for the past few years. The ER is also the best. One does not need to spend a whole day for seeing a doctor.

Great hospital!!! Superb employees!!! My friend had a severe toe infection. The staff was very nice and ensured that he got to see the doctor quickly. These people really care about patients, unlike other hospitals. My friend went to Coos, and they did not treat him properly and sent him home, which resulted in increased infection. Highly recommend this hospital if you need quick and quality care

So, I took my mom to the hospital after she had a fall and ended up hurting her ankle very badly. The staff put us into a room right away, vitals were taken, and was asked to wait for some time. The “some time” stretched to an hour. The doctor came and ordered an x-ray. The portable x-ray was brought to the room after yet another hour. An hour-long wait ensued for getting the results and getting appropriate treatment. And the number of patients in the ER - two. We were in the hospital for more than three hours. My mom was hurting very badly, and these people were least bothered. I could have gone home and come back thrice during the wait time. It is ridiculous. Never expected it from this hospital!!!
