Horrible care from the ER doctor. I had a bad fall yesterday evening and went to the ER. The doctor on duty saw me and just addressed the scrapes and a cut that I had. When I told him my head was hurting, he was least interested. The bozo did not even offer any pain meds, forget about scans. I wasted my time and money coming here.

I visited another hospital where the scans revealed no severe problem. The doctor gave me pain meds and assured me things are fine and there was no need to worry. The doctor at CVMC should learn something from this individual.

Coosa Valley Medical Center is the best when it comes to treating children. The staff is very caring. The hospital is very clean. It is 1000x better than Children's in Birmingham. The doctor and nurses treated our three-year-old very well. They played with him, and only when he was comfortable with them did they start the treatment process! We are impressed with the care that Toby has got here. This has become the go-to hospital for our kid

I had surgery at CVMC last year. It was an excellent experience. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, caring, and very attentive to my needs. The quality and standards of care did not slacken during any stage of the surgery. I have a big fear of needles, and the surgeon calmed me down before anybody poked a needle into my body. Every single individual made me feel comfortable before the surgery. The stay was outstanding; discharge a breeze. Highly recommended

Had a very good ER visit a few nights back. I had to come here after a freak accident resulted in me falling badly and injuring myself. I rushed to the ER, hoping that I would receive some first-aid and get proper care the next day morning. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the ER. The nurse took me in very quickly, and after five minutes I was being evaluated by the doctor.

Scans are ordered, and the wounds cleaned. Once the results came out, the doctor came and assured me that there was nothing serious and I can go home. I was prescribed pain meds and a shot. Very impressed with the service.
