I had a wonderful hospital experience at the CC Emergency Department. Every person whom I encountered was kind, very professional, and helpful. Let’s face it, we visit hospitals as a last resort, and by that time, the illness may have spread or increased (as the case may be). These folks, however, made sure that I was comfortable and their professional care ensured that my illness was taken care of very well. Thanks, everyone! Appreciate your help

I left the hospital traumatized. The staff that runs the show here is very inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional, and has a negligent attitude. The hospital surely has not heard of HIPAA. I had been frequenting this hospital for a lump in my chest, which these people never took very seriously. Finally, when nothing worked, they ordered scans which showed the lump was cancerous. Surgery was scheduled at another center, and they gave me the CD of the scans….the only problem, this CD was of a woman who had breast cancer, and I am a bloody f****ng MAN. I did not bother to return after undergoing surgery. Do not want to risk my life by seeking care from these idiots.

The doctor and the RN who treated my mother were extremely compassionate, warm, kind, professional, and most importantly treated her as a human being. Nobody likes going to a hospital unless they are working there. Visiting a hospital always floods people with scary thoughts and having such compassionate people around definitely takes care of the tensions and worries. Both the doctor and the RN had wonderful bedside manners and treated my mother with respect. They might have been doing their job, but they sure know how to do their job pretty well. Thank You!!!!

My wife received exceptional care at CC Regional Medical Center. It is much better than what you get in any private hospital setting. We are very satisfied with the care she got here. I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who want quality care at affordable prices
