The nursing staff is top-notch. They just do not give you a chance to complain. My wife was here for a fortnight, and the care and attention which she got was exceptional.

There were occasions when they would be delayed by a few minutes, and they would apologize for that delay. The doctors were also very helpful. They were very competent and did not beat around the bush when it came to facts. They kept my wife and me updated and even told the way forward and how to ensure this life-threatening illness does not recur.

Highly appreciate the efforts of the staff

I once went to Condell Medical Center in April and was happy with the experience. I was checked in in few minutes. After a reasonable wait time, I was ushered into the room where I was evaluated by a wonderful doctor who had excellent bedside manners.

He heard me out, ordered a test, explained the result to me, and then made an appropriate diagnosis. He was patient with me. Pleased with the service I got during the visit

The staff is very cold-hearted and get sadistic pleasure in making the patients and their loved ones suffer. My uncle had undergone major surgery, and my wife and I were waiting for him. We asked the staff if we could lie on the floor in the room where my uncle was kept…NO…okay can we sleep in the adjacent room…NO…where do we rest…on the chairs which have been kept in the waiting room. Trust me, we were fortunate that we did not end up with a stiff back or neck. Come on guys, have some heart…

Beware of your belongings when you visit this hospital. I had gone for a scan and had kept my mobile, headphones, glasses, as well as other valuables. When I came back, my glasses and headphones were missing. There was a nurse in the room, and he feigned complete ignorance about the whole thing. I searched the entire room, yet could not find it. It was as if these things vanished into thin air. A lesson learned, won’t be back at this hospital!!!

My family and I are regulars here and to be frank, we have never found a reason to think of shifting our care to somewhere else. We have been to the ER, OR once, specialists, etc. and every time we have been treated professionally, and the care was exceptional. There were some instances of the nurses acting unprofessionally, but all these were handled in a very professional manner.

We would continue seeking care at this place.
