I did not realize that such a wonderful community hospital even existed until my wife was taken there after a prolonged fainting episode. This hospital perfectly fits the adage “size does not matter at all.” These guys are very big on professionalism, customer service, and caring. From the moment we entered until the time we were walking out, the staff treated us well. The admitting nurse was a very professional lady who knew how to calm down hysterical and crazy patients. She took my wife in and very soon, a doctor was beside her. While admitting, we did not realize that we spelled Rhonda’s name wrong. While I was waiting for the consultation to be over, a person from admitting depart came and very politely informed me about the error and corrected it with my help. Rhonda was admitted through the ER. The nurses who looked after her was excellent. Even the support staff was highly professional. They were friendly and polite. Felt very happy that we have such a wonderful hospital staffed by top-notch professionals in the community. Just their demeanor showed that they truly care. My wife was out of the hospital after a two-day stay

One ridiculous hack of a hospital. No courtesy for patients. I have been waiting here for the past eight hours with breathing difficulties, and I have not yet been seen. There is hardly any rush today, and the doctor is not able to see me early. There is also one girl who has been sitting here for nearly four hours with bleeding arms and lips after a bike accident. Even she has not been seen. This is bad!!!! Will wait for 15 minutes more and then push off.

Update: I am off…no chance of seeing the doctor today.

The male nurse who was overseeing my care stinks. He tried acting like morality police. I was on the bed, and my husband just got on to the bed to kiss on my forehead and comfort me after I was involved in a terrible accident and was shocked and afraid…the nurse sees this and kicks out my husband…saying such things should be done in bedroom and others would be disturbed by it.

Others….there was nobody except me in the room. What my husband did was just an act of love. It is not as if we were having sex in the hospital bed. I could not sleep the night because this b*****d was hovering around the door to make sure that my husband did not sneak in. Petty nurse. Sure enough, I got myself discharged AMA and got admitted to another hospital where such moral policing would not be there

Excellent emergency services!

One of the best hospital experience ever; right from check in to check out. The visit may have lasted for only three hours, but the service which I got during this time was awesome. Everyone involved in my care during this visit was great. The nurses, the lab techs, doctors, the security as well as the billing exec were great. All my diagnostic exams were completed, and I got the reports, showed it to the doctor, was given a script, filled it in the pharmacy, and I was on my way. This happened in three hours. Everything was smooth and moved like a well-oiled machine. I will definitely visit the hospital for an emergency

I have been reading several reviews in different forums that disses this hospital. I just could not understand it. Why should be a bad experience of an individual be treated as a defined standard of care of the hospital? Many patients visit the hospital, and some of them might not like the way they are treated here…they might want personalized care or things like that. Sorry folks, that’s is not going to happen in any hospital and if you need such personalized care, then get yourself treated at home.

When you visit an ER or other departments, there might be some wait, and one has to learn to adjust with it. Not every staff member would be pleasing and respect you. Some would not like to greet people, but they might be good in providing care...it is not good to tarnish the hospital and staff because one did not greet you or you had to wait for some time in the ER. I am regular here, and I have never faced any issue because I do not come to the hospital with any sky-high expectations, come here for getting cared for
