I had a good hospital experience at Clear Lake. The entire process was smooth, right from admission till discharge. They sure know how to handle the rush! I was welcomed with a warm smile at the gate by the guard, and the entire hospital had the same atmosphere. I had to visit three different departments, and at each place, I was greeted very warmly. It felt I was visiting a family. The doctors and nurses are patient with you, and they listen to you. Once they diagnose you, they usually end up explaining the ailment in detail and how to treat it. Absolutely wonderful hospital experience!!!!

We visited thrice in the last eight months, and all the times, my family members received excellent care. The staff was very professional, did not waste their time in unnecessary chitchats. The staff is also friendly and very patient with their patients. They did not make us feel rushed. My daughter and son had to undergo procedures during their visit here, and the nurses and doctors helped calm them down before going ahead with the procedure. The doctors also gave clear instructions on how to avoid recurrence. We visited the hospital twice during the day time and once during the night. Whether it is day or night, the level of service remains the same. Very pleased to have such a wonderful hospital in our vicinity

Delivered my cute princess here via c section. Best nurses. My baby had to stay in NICU for two days. While it was hard for us not to see our princess, the nurses were very sweet and constantly updated us about her status. The hospital also serves great food. There are free snacks and juices which can be had anytime. The maternity ward nurse was the best, and I sincerely hope that all expectant moms get to be nursed by her.

My wife was referred to Clear Lake for some blood work. We visited the hospital and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very warm and friendly. But we did not get the same warmth and respect from the assisting nurse. I believe she had issues speaking out loud and clear. She asked a few questions, and each time we had to ask her to repeat it at least twice or thrice because she would mumble the question. She started getting irritated, and it showed from her attitude that she was not happy with the prospect of assisting us getting bloodwork. Once we crossed this hurdle, we were met by a lovely doctor and tech. While they were very helpful and friendly, the whole experience of dealing with the assisting nurse has left a terrible taste in our mouth.

My son had to undergo a procedure here, but we were in two minds after reading some poor reviews on different forums. But since this was very near to our house, we decided to go ahead with it. I am happy that we went ahead with it. The hospital staff was very caring and very professional. Their professionalism made me feel that my son was in safe hands. The doctor and nurses were extremely patient. Thank you for ensuring that my son had a hassle-free procedure we had a comfortable and pleasant time

Unbelievable!! Clear Lake ER very urgently requires professional supervision. The nurses do not seem to have any idea about HIPAA and are least bothered if their talk inconveniences the patient. I heard nurses talking very openly about the patient details and their reason for the visit. They gave scant attention to their duties. I even saw one nurse behaving very rudely with an elderly patient. I would not recommend visiting this hospital.
