Absolutely rubbish service from people in the ER. I was having severe pain and was not able to go to work for three days. I went to the ER, was asked to take Advil. WOW!!! I waited for nearly three hours, spent a minute with the doctor and what I get – take Advil. I am not likely to return there. It would be better for Clarion if they hire doctors who actually care for their patients. Added to the misery was a $100 co-pay. Complete waste of time and money.

I am from Mississippi and was visiting my relatives here. While going for a walk with them, I was hit by a bike which was not able to apply the brakes. The biker escaped uninjured while I got hit very badly on my knees and face (fell head-on). I was taken to Clarion ER. The staff and the doctors were excellent. They immediately attended to me, and the doctor was beside me within minutes. She ordered an x-ray and a CT scan of the face to check for any major injuries. While I was waiting for the results, the nurses came up and cleaned my wounds, and one major wound was stitched up in a jiffy. The scans did not show any major injuries, just bone contusion. I was given tetanus shot, antibiotics, as well as pain meds. I was out of the hospital in a matter of four hours.

Oh!!! the biker was with me during the whole time. So nice of him!

I got a severe bout of COPD and had to visit the Clarion ER for treatment. The nurses and the front desk immediately took me in. I did not have to wait for long before the doctor came. He was a very kind doctor, smart & ready to try different medications which could stop the COPD and prevent the recurrence of the COPD. Everyone who interacted with me treated me with respect and care. We are lucky that such a wonderful hospital with excellent staff is there in our neighborhood.
