I went to Clara Maass emergency department as I was gasping and not able to breathe normally. The ER was crowded, but seeing the severity of my situation, the nurse took me in immediately. She was very kind and apologized to people. She put a warm blanket on me and started talking with me, asking me just to nod my answers. Slowly but surely, she was able to calm me down. The doctor came to see me within a few minutes. She was also a very calm person and talked with me and without even me realizing, diagnosed me as having a panic attack. She told about this after I had recovered my breathing and I was able to talk normally. She showed me some relaxation exercises and discharged me. Thank you, for taking good care of me.

Our PCP asked me to get my mom's nuclear imaging done at Clara Maass. I called the Nuclear Medicine Department of Clara Maass to make an appointment. They were very helpful and courteous. They scheduled the appointment and asked us to report half-an-hour earlier. We were nervous and came an hour earlier. The staff was friendly and asked us to wait for some time. They ensured that our wait was comfortable. The imaging went off very well, and the results were given to us in quick time. Thank you, Clara Maass

Clara Maass has some of the most attentive staff that one can come across. They are professional.

However, everything is not hunky dory at Clara Maass. I had gone to the ER, and when my turn came, I went in, leaving my bag in the emergency room. These guys lost my bag. It had everything, my credit card, driving license, my glasses, etc. Thank God, I had a spare car key with me. They did not even help me in searching for it. While discharging me, they were not repentant and did not even say a word about it. I immediately reported it. Worst experience!!!!
