We did not have a five-star experience here. But we were blessed to have interacted with one of the best doctors that we have ever come across. We had visited this hospital last month for our problem, and we interacted with Dr. Harper. She answered all our questions and ensured that we went out completely satisfied. Very pleased with the care and attention we got here.

Shocked!!!!!

I had visited the ER with a high fever and was expecting to be seen very soon as there was hardly any patient in the ER. However, what I experienced was completely shocking. The nurse who checked me in was one of the rudest nurses in the whole world. She was shouting profanities when I went and asked her how long I would have to wait as I was feeling uncomfortable. Instead of answering me, she was screaming obscenities. Even the doctor was shocked at her behavior. I will never return to this place again.

I was rushed to this hospital after I suddenly felt very woozy and became unconscious. The ER team immediately got into the act, and before long, I was being attended to by a horde of medical professionals. The admitting doctor, cardiologist, neurologist, nurses, nursing aides, you name it, and they were there. The quality of care was exceptional. This also continued when I was shifted to the floor. The best possible care I could get. Very satisfied

My wife was having a stroke, and when we entered the hospital, I requested a wheelchair. The nursing assistant ignored us, and finally, a security guard came and helped me out. I went to the front desk where all the formalities were completed and we were guided to check-in. There were three nurses standing at the counter and all of them saw us, but still were goofing around. They took an eternity to check her in. While waiting for her turn, I could overhear these people talking about other patients’ private information. I did not want my wife to suffer the same and just asked the nurse to remove the IV, and we left.

Just delivered my daughter in the maternity ward, under the guidance of exceptional nursing staff. This was my first, and they took great care of me. They guided me through the entire process. The nurses and the doctor went above and beyond in order to ensure that we were comfortable. I would recommend this excellent hospital to anyone!

My husband ended up having an accident while visiting his friends. He was taken to Citrus Memorial, and the moment we entered the hospital, an emergency team took over, and before long, he was undergoing surgery. A week in observation and we were back to our hotel room. The staff was polite and very proficient. Most importantly, their quick action meant that I could still hug and love my husband. Very happy with the care we got
