Citizens Memorial Hospital is a gem. The hospital delivered exceptional service throughout the emergency room visit. Everyone whom we met was friendly, professional, and happy to be working. EVERY ONE OF THEM! It is very rare. ER admissions lady greeted us with a lovely smile, and her body language showed that she was there to help you. Our positive experience at this hospital started from her. She helped us in filling the demographic details which were becoming somewhat tedious for a 65 YO. She was A+. The traveling nurse, Steve, was also excellent. He was compassionate, kind spirited, and patient-focused. He sure was very busy, but then he did not rush us through. Just from the way he dealt with people, one could make out that he genuinely cared for his patients. The ultrasound tech, Brianna, was kind, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and very professional. Both she and Steve were A+. The doctor was a down-to-earth individual, efficient, and very friendly. He was also superb. Absolutely recommend CMH.

Emergency room visit which later on turned into admission for a life-threatening illness. Received wonderful care, something which I have not experienced at any other hospital. The staff was very caring, intelligent, and considerate. They never gave me a feeling of being rushed through. The doctors, both in the ER and on the floor, were very friendly and ready to answer all your questions (including some really stupid ones). My experience here in one single word – EXCELLENT. The food was also exceptional. Never realized that I was in the hospital for nearly ten days. A big THANK YOU to the entire hospital for taking such wonderful care of me.

We have always had a wonderful experience whenever we came here seeking care. Yesterday night, my wife took a tumble and popped her shoulder out. We rushed to this ER, hoping that this would be sorted out quickly. We waited for nearly five hours for a nurse to come by and see us. The less said about seeing a doctor, the better. My wife was in tremendous pain and was crying out due to the pain (she is an MP, so her pain tolerance is very high). Could not see her in any more pain and we decided to leave. Thanks for the useless service. We have decided not to seek care here anymore. Sad.

Every single aspect of this hospital is impressive. The doctors, nurses, support staff, housekeeping, the food…everything is exceptional. I have undergone two operations here, and both were successful. The surgeons were very good and explained everything in detail. The pre-op, surgery, post-op, and recovery part was also excellent. Have always held the CMH doctors and the nursing team in high esteem and their services have taken it a notch higher.
