Horrible experience!!!!

Came in because of severe backache and was asked to give a urine sample. These idiots left the sample in the room. After 45 minutes, a doctor came to see me, and I pointed out that the urine sample was still there. He acted as if he was shocked and then walked away. Finally, after an hour, a nurse came and took the sample away. After that, I waited for three hours for somebody to come and talk about what was the next step. Nobody came. I had enough and decided to leave. Told the nurse I am leaving and walked off. She was least bothered. I pray to Lord that I should not be made to visit this crap hospital ever again

The hospital racially discriminates people. I am from Laos and was visiting my brother, who was admitted here. As I felt very chilly, I put my hoodie on and was walking in the hospital. I came to the gift shop and was shopping when the clerk came and asked me to remove the hood as he was very uncomfortable. I obliged and continued shopping. After purchasing a few items and paying the bill, I started walking out with the hood on when the security guard stopped me. He frisked me and took me to the clerk and asked if I had paid for the items that I had with me.

Unbelievable. Just because I am not a Caucasian, these b*****ds thought I was a thief. Even though my country is not as rich as yours, we are not thieves, and we give respect where it is due. Disgusting!!!!!

Got incredible care for my 6 YO son. We had rushed him here after he had an allergic attack and had trouble breathing. The ER team was quick and took great care of him. After three hours, he was stabilized. We ended up staying overnight just to ensure that there was no recurrence. The next day morning, the doctor was fully satisfied and discharged us. Thank you, everyone, for being attentive to his care and responding to our call on time. You folks would always be in our prayers

Amazing and empathic staff. This is not your specialist hospital, but they do have the necessary manpower and facilities to tackle acute cases and send you on your way ASAP. The quality of healthcare was amazing. However, the real star was the food. It was mind-blowing and out of this world. I never thought that I would say this for hospital food, but they rock. It can certainly give top hotels a run for its money.
