I had to visit the Newark campus to meet a specialist. The staff of the doctor was very rude to me and for no rhyme or reason picked on me. For her, I was a nuisance. She wanted me to sit straight in one of the most uncomfortable chairs ever.

The specialist was running late, but the staff did not deem it necessary to inform me about it, and I ended up waiting for nearly four hours. Finally, when the doctor came, he spent his precious “five minutes,” in hearing me and treating me. I felt like kicking myself for coming here. I will not repeat this mistake. Will shift my care to some other hospital

The best thing about Christina Care Health System’s Newark campus is that it does not take too long to fix up an appointment…..you call in, and most of the times, the customer service executive will lift the phone. I had to call just once for getting an appointment with Dr. J. Moore (this was in 2018). She was very friendly and patient. Very understanding, she did not rush through my care. Excellent bedside manners. If any need arises, then I would definitely come back again

I love this place and love Christina Care Health System…..you get everything under one roof – different departments, as well as different specialties. The facility is very clean, and there is no confusion when it comes to finding directions to different office numbers. There are proper directions for every office.

I had to visit this place a few months back. The doctor was wonderful and had excellent bedside manners. He gave me a patient hearing, got a few tests done and made an appropriate diagnosis. He even took my inputs to make an appropriate treatment plan. Very pleased with the exceptional service I got here…

I had a good experience at Christina Care Health System, both Wilmington and Newark campuses. While both campuses are different, what binds them together is the nature of the staff and doctors. Staff at both places are very friendly, compassionate, and treat you as a human being with feelings. You are not a number or another person for them.

I had been to the Newark campus more times than Wilmington, and the care which I have got there has been outstanding, every single time. I have made this place my port-of-call in case of any emergencies
