A visitor’s review – I visited Chinese Hospital to see a friend who was admitted here for fever and dehydration. The doctors and staff whom we interacted with seemed to be very friendly and ready to help. They were very professional and did not divulge any details about my friend’s health until they got explicit instruction from my friend. I was highly impressed. Things looked very organized. I would recommend visiting this hospital for medical issues.

I'm not sure how to review this hospital. The new building is great, and the staff is good except for the bloody receptionist. I tried to schedule the appointment at the Chinese hospital for my dad, but nobody answered the phone. I tried sometime later, met with the same fate. My wife tried calling them. Somebody would lift the phone and then place it back. This happened for nearly four to five times. Finally, I had to go IN PERSON and get the appointment scheduled. After getting the appointment scheduled, I went and asked receptionist why nobody answered the phone. She replied nonchalantly, “I was busy and did not have time to answer the phone.” Hello lady, they kept you in the reception to answer phone calls. Oh BTW when I reached her, she was busy on her mobile phone. SO much for being busy….

My 80-year old father had to visit the Chinese Hospital ER due to some age-related illness. He was taken in very quickly and attended to within a short time. Due to his frail condition, he had to be hospitalized. The care that he got in the ER and on the floor was exceptional. The nurses who took care of him were very friendly and helpful. All of them had excellent bedside manners and always kept me in the loop. The doctor was also great and took the time to talk to me and my dad. Thanks to the wonderful care, my dad was out of the hospital within a week. I would come back to this hospital

Long overdue review! The hospital is great, and so are its staff. They are very friendly and more importantly humane. I went to the ER after cutting my right hand with a piece of glass. The cut was pretty deep, and blood was oozing out without showing any signs of stopping. The receptionist immediately let me in. I was taken in pretty quickly and taken back for treatment. The ER nurse first calmed me down and then cleaned the wound. The doctor came, assessed the wound and started to address the cut. Before I knew, he had stitched my wound. However, I was highly impressed by the fact that the staff helped in filling out the forms since I was unable to write due to the cut. After about three hours in the ER, I was on my way. Thanks, everyone

Chinese Hospital has excellent customer service. They took good care of me. The staff was amiable and helpful. The only jarring note was the Out-Patient Pharmacy. It was somewhat disorganized. However, the entire experience was a positive one.
