My wife was supposed to undergo a major surgery here, and the docs said it would take three hours, four tops. They wheel her in for the surgery at 8:00 AM. Fast forward to 2:00 PM, still no signs of her. I started getting shit worried and pace up and down. It is 3:00 PM and I could not take it anymore and go to the counter to check. Guess what, Juanita’s surgery was completed at 11:35 AM, and she was transferred to Recovery. But they forgot to inform me. I am her husband, and the only relative present in the hospital and these bozos just forgot to inform me. Finally, I was able to meet her, and there she was sleeping in an awkward position and shivering because these idiots did not give her a warm blanket. I went near her and nearly puked. The pillow was smelling like shit. I asked for a pillow change and was directed toward a deposit where there were few pillows with dirty pillowcases. I asked for a clean pillow, and the lady says, “just change the pillowcase, and it will be clean.” Yeah, dickhead as if I did not know that. I called up the family and asked them to bring blankets and pillows for the rest of the stay!! Disgusting!!! It is day two now, and we have to stay two more days, and after that, it is Hasta La Vista Baby forever!!!!!

Had to visit the ER after a referral by my PCP. I was taken in pretty quickly, and after a reasonable wait time, I am taken back to the patient room. The doctor was in pretty soon. She was a wonderful lady and had excellent bedside manners. The doctor did a thorough evaluation, made an appropriate diagnosis, and then I was on my way. I loved this quick visit. The doctor, nurses, and the front desk lady were nice and respectful. The hospital is very clean. I wish I would not need to come back again, but if the need arises, then I would be back knowing that I would in safe hands.

One incredible hospital. I underwent surgery here last year. I loved the entire experience. The surgery started on time and was done by a seasoned pro who knew what she was doing. The surgeon explained the entire procedure in detail. She discussed the pros and cons of the surgery. She encouraged my wife and me to ask questions and answered them with a smile. The surgery went off successfully, and after two-month physiotherapy, I am fit and fine as a fiddle. Thank you, Memorial Hospital, for everything
