Seriously, folks, you should do much better than this. This is ridiculous!!!! I do not know why Good Sam employs illiterate nincompoops to the billing department. Can’t you just find two to three knowledgeable guys who can run the department?

I have been visiting Good Sam in Kearney for the past three years, and every time they end up billing my mother and a different insurance company. I told them numerous times about it and even gave it in writing, but they just don't understand or listen. Last month, I had visited the ER and true to their nature, these idiots ended up billing my mother and her insurance. Folks, I am not going to pay this bill and am going to contest it. If you send me to collections, then I would ensure that the hospital administration and everybody in the billing department are hauled over coals. There is a limit to incompetence.

The quality of service is excellent, but the hospital payment arrangement is pathetic. I had visited the ER sometime back and was expecting a bill for the same. I never got the bill, but got a call from the collections about a pending payment of 350 dollars. This was the copay, and I had told the billing exec that I would like to make the payment then and there itself…but they said you could pay later…now this bill. I call up the billing department, and the person who took the call had no clue whatsoever about what I was talking. The billing exec repeatedly told me that there were no pending payments from my side. I said yes…because you sent it to collections. It was like beating my head against the wall. After spending an hour trying to explain the billing exec, I hung up.

My wife looks up at me and says during the time you tried to explain these idiots, you could have gone ahead and paid it off….did just that.

My daughter received excellent care at this hospital. She was diagnosed with a severe case of pneumonia and had to spend nearly ten days at the hospital. The staff was very kind and courteous to her. They talked to her daily and also kept us in the loop regarding her treatment. The nurses and doctors were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to these wonderful people, my daughter is on the mend much quicker than expected. All of you would be in our prayers

I had my second baby here. I received wonderful care. The way the nurses and doctors pampered me, I felt as if I was a princess. Wonderful birthing experience. Highly recommend

My family visits Good Sam regularly, and we have always been treated fairly and with compassion and respect. Quality of care is excellent. My dad had a hip replacement in 2015, and my grandpa received treatment for his cancer here. They were very kind to both of them. The staff also ensures that we do not face any inconvenience while we were waiting for our loved ones. Ultimate respect to the wonderful staff.
