This looks like a good ER. In fact, much better than the ones that we have presently. I may have been here twice, just the ER and not the hospital, and I am impressed. The premises is clean. The staff is very attentive. They are friendly and very professional. The wait time is also a reasonable one. The only issue that I felt at this ER was the small rooms, and these are not so private as the hospital would want us to believe. But then there is always give and take in any field, and this is no exception. I can adjust with small rooms as long as it does not affect my care, and it has not done so far.

I had very pleasant hospital experience. The staff is very efficient. They do not mind us asking them a question, and they do not give you that “pushy” feeling. They provided excellent care to my five-month-old daughter. We were in and out of the hospital in less than two hours. During the time we were in the hospital, the staff ensured that not only my daughter but her parents were also comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Guys, get a grip over your nurses or else they would ensure that this hospital is shut down.

I took my 90-year-old father for an MRI which was scheduled at 11:00 AM. He was also asked to undergo some blood tests. We arrived early and went for the blood tests and came to the MRI lab by around 10:30 AM. However, we were not called until 1:30 PM. When I went to inquire about the reason for the delay, the nurse started behaving very rudely. She said she called our name maybe twice or thrice at 10:00 AM and since we were not there, she canceled the appointment. I could not believe it. I showed her the papers which showed the scan was for 11:00 AM. She started shouting at me and said that the MRI labs run according to her wishes, and she can call anyone she feels. I asked her name to lodge an official complaint, but she did not give her name and just walked off. We have never been treated so badly. I would never bring my dad here again, nor would I come.
