The ER is slow…in fact, very slowwwwwwwww. I had come here two nights back at around 11:30 pm for a spiking fever. I was triaged in quickly, then the wait started. I had only two people in front of me. Still, it took nearly two hours to be taken back to the patient room. The doctor took another hour to come. He was quick and professional, though. He orders a blood test. The nurse comes at her own sweet time, draws blood, and then another two-hour wait for the results. Luckily, the results were negative for anything major, and I was relieved. The doctor wrote some antibiotics and discharged me. The discharge papers were given after another one-hour wait.

So, all in all, a six-hour wait for some antibiotics and good rest. What could have been wrapped up in less than two hours took six hours….Com’ on guys, you could do much better. As for me, I had a nice sleep; did not want to lose my sleep due to these lazy bums

This has been our go-to hospital for the past few years. Our children were born here, and they are turning out well. We also had a few ER visits, and those also were a very satisfying experience. I must say that every trip to Charlotte Hungerford has been great. The staff has taken good care of my family and me, and I do not think there were many episodes which might have forced us to seek care elsewhere. Things were not always rosy, and we did have some incidents where the experience was sub-par, but the staff ensured that things were smoothened out before we left. I do recommend Charlotte Hungerford Hospital to all those who seek quality care

I was a patient at this hospital a few months back. I am writing this review to thank every single individual involved in my care. Starting from the front desk, to the nursing staff, the doctors, the techs, the housekeeping, etc. everyone contributed in a big way to ensure that I recovered quickly. I was under the care of an exceptional team of nurses and doctors who would not take no for an answer and tried every possible option to ensure that I recovered from my ailment. Thank you, folks, for taking very good care of me. Really appreciate it

Due to my fibromyalgia, I have had numerous visits to the emergency rooms while I was in Nebraska and now in Connecticut. While care at hospitals in Nebraska was okay, it has been exceptional here. The doctors here are so accustomed to me now that they just take a look at the reason why I am here. They do not order any unnecessary testing. As soon as they realize the pain is due to my condition, they give treatment for controlling the pain, and it has worked every single time! Thank You for taking good care of me
