I do not write reviews for anything, much less for hospital because I believe it is personal. Each individual can have a different experience…

But I am going to change that stance because of the exceptional care that I received here. I was referred to this hospital from an Urgent Care for better care with a caveat that the waiting time at this place was horrible…it was so wrong…I came to the ER and might have waited for an hour (which is very reasonable) before I was taken back where an excellent doctor evaluated me and then suggested a two-day stay for further tests and care. I was given the all-clear for discharge by the second day morning.

The doctors involved in my care also came to see me and told various ways to prevent a recurrence. It was not something I expected.

I am happy with the care that I received here. Definitely recommended

The care could not have been more horrible. I had taken my husband to the ER after his legs had swollen up following an allergic reaction to a particular medication.

The ER nurses and the PA were very rude and totally unprofessional. My husband was clearly in discomfort, but the ER team felt that it was nothing. The PA did not order blood draws or any other tests to address his swollen leg…He made us wait for 30 minutes and then discharged us, stating that the swelling would go away on its own.

It was a disgusting experience. I would not even send my neighbor’s dead dog here…

AVOID CENTRAL TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER!!!

This institution does not run for providing care, but it runs for minting money from unsuspecting and gullible patients. I had visited this shithole’s ER for removal of a foreign body in my leg. The foreign body was removed, and the bill was okay. I was happy with the service and paid for the bill.

Fast forward to yesterday. I receive another bill for $4000 from this hospital. I called up the hospital to know what was bill about. The billing department executive had no idea what I was talking about and also did not have any clue why would a bill be sent in the first place if it has already been paid for.

I am not going to give a dime to these crooks…let them come up with a logical reason for the bill, and I would think of paying it…or else I will not pay anything

Central Texas Medical Center is a great hospital. My family and I have visited this institution many times, and every single time we have gone back pretty impressed. The doctors, nurses, the assistants, and even the techs are wonderful people. They are very caring, compassionate, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!!

Great Hospital!!! Outstanding staff!!!

I was here last week after a bike accident, and the care which I received was outstanding. I was taken in very quickly and after a reasonable wait, was taken back to the room. The doctor was beside me in no time and did a thorough evaluation, cleaned the wounds and stitched it up. I was out of the ER in three hours, which was super quick
